The University Archives and West Florida History Center is part of the University of West Florida Libraries. Although the library remains closed, archives staff are still just a phone call or e-mail away, though we prefer email!
In response to the pandemic, we are doing several things. First, we are willing to do more extended research for users and also increased digitization of materials that we will provide to researchers. We continue to get reference queries from throughout the United States and are happy to look up obituaries, provide documents, look for photographs, and other materials. Despite being closed physically since March, we have gotten in some new collections and donations.
If we can help you, please contact us. Our email is: archives@uwf.edu or you can contact us individually. Dean DeBolt (ddebolt@uwf.edu) or Tim Bulger (tbulger@uwf.edu). Thank you.
