From the Facebook page: 23andMe and Regeneron jumped the gun announcing a deal. The bankruptcy judge allowed another round of bidding, and a nonprofit led by 23andMe's co-founder Anne Wojcicki had the high bid of $305 million. After listening to two days of testimony, the judge gave 23andMe Holding Co. approval to sell all its assets to said non-profit, TTAM. (Get it?)
